Dolmus

The last time we were in Icmeler besides the normal trips,we like to get out and about so we went to get the Dolmus to Turunc,but waited that long we ended up getting a taxi,does anyone know how often the Dolmus's run and do they travel anywhere else besides Marmaris & Turunc its nice to just jump on the Dolmus to go out for the day as well as booking the day trips any help would be much appreciated.

Last time I got a dolmus I got the wrong one and was on my way to Armatulan when I realised Never again.

Have you ever thought of getting the taxi boat to Turunc, love boat trip, takes around 30 to 45 mins

We are looking to get the boat to Turunc this time,but also trying to find out other places the Dolmus goes to see if it is a viable option,or would it be better to get a taxi,we would hire a car but I like to have a drink in the afternoon while I am on holiday and drinking and driving is a mugs game won't even take my car to park at the airport in case I have a drink or 2 or 3 on the plane any help with Dolmus destinations and timetables would be appreciated.

If you're getting the dolmus to Turunc and your staying in the centre of icmeler, I woulsay it's best to get the dolmus to the old village and get off at Tommys bar, then get the dolmus to Turunc from there they are about every 15 mins from there. I stayed at grand aquaurium which is right near tommys and alot of people were doing the same.

Hi yes i agree, we have stayed at the club cappella next to tommys, we waited about 15 mins to go to turunc, i fully agree with you on the drink drive issue, however we are hireing a jeep from dalaman on arrival this year! to exploe the hidden depths of turkey, so will have to stay tea total on our trips out.
