Hi

Yes saw Andy very very good I got plenty of photos.. Yes Tiger's still there known him a few years now, suprised that you saw Sam we were there 3 weeks ago when it was his last night, he's gone to Uni to study physical engineering we were talking to him he said he'd eventually like to go to America, you were lucky, perhaps he came back for a quick vist. Lee's not been there for a while. Still a great place though. Must say our food was still as good as it always has been.

Hi Mel,
I agree with you about Andy the bottle juggler,he has deffo got the WOW factor,we watched his show every night,he was that good
Also, the Michael Jackson dancer is not to be missed, the best we've ever seen. The food to us,was just as good as its ever been, and hardly gone up in price at all,I think they said prices had risen by about 15%,which is not bad, considering the quality of the food that you get.

Turkish Delight,it was lovely meeting you and ralph, and having a good old dance to the ever popular cha cha slide, and kiss kiss to name just a couple.I also have loads of good photos of the Venice, that i shall be (attempting)to upload onto the HT gallery.
Tiger has another 2 weeks before he flys back to England, but theres only I think 3 weeks left of the season,so you will only miss him if you are going out for the last week.

Gene.
Hey,was great fun doing the gene wave,we got some right funny looks off some people, but what the heck,we enjoyed it,and wished we could have drummed up some more support, but there was nobody ever in Chill when we where there, for some reason.maybe because it was during the day.
we shall have to make it a regular thing now,the Gene wave, anyone up for it this week???

Well when i say just got back, i have been back for about 2weeks now. Yes i was there on his last night, quite sad i thought!! we were proberly there the same night, strange!! Does anyone know if venice have their own website or email address?! Yea like you have been going to venice for 8years now. Can remember when it was called Venedik and charlie (Murat) had long hair! ha ha. Also does anyone have Hamish number( dont know if that is spelt right! little one who danced on the bar with tiger) have known him since he was sixteen, but never seemed to get it!! You say Lee has gone to Charlies, where is Charlies?!?!

I was asking Firat about a Venice site, and he said there wasn't one,for various reasons.sad though, would be good.Charlies is up by the Tansas, but over the road, but Lee isnt there,he's doing other things.
We dont take there numbers,we give them ours, and leave them to contact us,which they do.(now and again)as we dont want them to feel they have to reply to us,if they have no credit say.
roll on next year 8) 8) 8)

When Tiger is in England, i think he is an Interupter (sorry if thats spely wrong!). Dont quote me on that though as that is just what i have heard. I know they usaly take your number and text, but on the last night i didnt really get chance to say bye, as he was busy. Does anyone know what happened to Eddie the barman? He was there last season but not this. When i asked Vural (other barman) he told me he was in Korsan, but when i went there he wasnt. Older chap, real nice?!

Sorry when Tiger is in England what he does is his business :!:

Firat said he would rather people post on ICR about the venice as then what we say cannot be altered in any way, as if they had a website they would have control over what is said, and they do not want this to happen they want peoples opinions good and bad :D

Still think the venice is the best for all round food and entertainment

Can't wait till next year can't believe it's so far away

I have been going to Icmeler for donkeys years and have never ever been to the Venice or when it was called the Venedik.
Is it a place for men as well as you ladies as it sounds as though they put on the type of entertainment my family like.
Love break dancing, theme shows, good music,Efes Beer and a tasty meal

Gene,It certainly is a place for the men too,You can see them all getting into it with the clapping and singing. Some of the barstaff do a little breakdancing now and again. They seem to be trying new things out for next season at the moment,as at on time, you could go int the venice, and the show would be the same every single night. This year,we noticed that they had different shows every night, except for the bottle juggler and MJ dancer.
The efes is always icey cold in one of those frozen tankard style glass, mmmmmmmmmmmm. The food imo,is second to none, honest, excellent quality.I love the chinese in there, very very nice.
I WANNA GO BACK.............NOW

Got to agree with Debi reference the chinese food

Does anyone know if they still have the chinese chef - met him a few years ago - he could hardly speak any english - one of the guys told me they had chef from China I laughed and said right and next thing he had pulled poor guy out of the kitchen so we could see him.

Didn't ask this year if same chef but food still fantastic.

Entertainment as good as ever. Love Andy the juggler - something different.

Yep,they still have the chinese chef, and very good he is too.
He's been there some years now,and he still can't speak much English,he just waves, bless him.He could be shy I suppose......

Karen, the M/J dancer is someone they pay to come in every night,I think he goes round all the bars as does Andy.Don't know who the other blonde guy was,Andy was always on his own,or with his girlfriend.

I think the other blonde guy, you are referring to is called Nickie. I remember him from a couple years ago when he did break dancing in the old villiage!

Congratulations on your 200 posts Collette.
Am I missing something here?
sitting IN the Venice and soaking up the suns rays.

Trouble is Miss you are spending to much time in the Venice gobbling down the amber nectar and not enough time laying at poolside at the Gondol Apartments.
By being in this constant state of inhibriation your 2 weeks must fly.

(no idea what I am talking about)

We have loved the Venice for years with different staff coming and going as sad as we are to see them go , the Venice will always bounce back, with new staff we can be equally as fond of. Good luck to you all, and best wishes. :P :D
