Fishing Licence??

Hi Icmerlarians When we went to Icmeler last Sept, we (me, hubby, son, and son in law) went on a fishing trip. We all had to pay £12 for a fishing licence, which none of us even saw!!!! When we got on the boat,we were given small pieces of chicken for bait and told NOT to stop reeling when we got a catch.Our Son apparently hooked a very large fish, and the lady came running and said "Dont reel it in". Is there a certain law which stops us from catching large fish, and, why were we not shown our licence? Happy hols. Jem xxxx

No License and the reson she was telling these things is because she never had a clue what she was talking about.

So we were ripped off? We paid for our licence!!! Never saw it, and apparently she said, our Son hooked a Octopus!!! People should be told of these so called licences i think, it aint fair Happy hols. Jem xxxx
