Icmeler Tomorrow

My Daughter Joanne is off to Icmeler in the morning Saturday 29th January.
She has got a one way ticket from Birmingham and will be staying in her apartment in Icmeler with her boyfriend.
I think she intends stopping about 3 weeks before returning home, then will be over for the season in April.

Just back, weather very nice during day 18/20c, evening chilly perhaps 4/6c.
Few holiday makers about this year, some in shorts and T shirts.
threebells, florida, babadan open, plus few shops taking advantage of the 200 or so tourists.
Work going well on the old harrys site, looks as if basement could be nite club.

Yes Col she has rented an apartment for one year.

Had a call from my daughter today,she says it has been raining most days but her nights have been spent in Friends bar in the square were they have had some fantastic evenings.
It is a very poor exchange rate at the moment 2.32YTL to the £ so lets hope it gets better for when we all get out there again.
Jo has also confirmed that the basement of the new building (Harrys Steak House) is going to be a Night Club.

Hey Gene, Anymore updates from Joanne?

Joanne intended stopping for three weeks but came home on Saturday because of bussiness requirements.

Weather she said was not to great but she still had a fantastic time.

Loads of work going on around the resort,changes and new buildings everywhere.
I hope I will be able to recognise the resort when I go over in April.
