Aaahhh,what a shame,dont know rudolf,but it sounds like he needs to get rid of the idiot,why does he let him get away with being a pratt and turning people off coming into the bar with his behaviour?

Next week i'm going to have a stern word with rudolph, i'm also going to take him a IL DIVO cd and tell him to get rid of that prat hassler and play the cd at a reasonable volume, put a sign up outside "ice cold effes 2.5tl "or whatever the going rate is, and i'm sure he'll do a lot better than what i've heard from recent posts.

had an email from one of the boys at Fess - The 2 singers are not singing any more- that is so sad!!!!! What else can I say - For all those who enjoyed the evenings there you have lost out - they couldn't put up with it any longer- You know my answer to The Pig and Whistle and it will not be pleasant!!!!!!

the singers were brilliant and lets hope they decide to come back next year and this mess is sorted out between the two bars

A friend who returned last week said they didn't think Zeynep or Murat will be there next year. Kaan emailed me and said it was very quiet- They will be missed.

Although not surprised, I was really sad to hear that Zeynep and Murat are no longer singing at the Fess. Family, friends, my husband and myself have spent many nights in the bar singing along and soaking up the relaxed, pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Zeynep and Murat are lovely, professional people who only wish to bring pleasure and enjoyment to the visiotrs to Icmeler and it is shameful that the bar next door have bullied them to the point that they feel unable to do this. Quite how the Pig and Whistle think this will help them get custom is beyond me - jealousy is both a negative and destructive emotion!

i was there a few weeks ago and they were really finding it difficult because they couldn't hear themselves singing because if the music next door at the pig nd whistle

Believe me it was bullying. Zeynep and Murat were musicians and could not concentrate with waht was happening!!!!!! They did try to ask them to turn the music down but instead it became louder. It was complete selfishness, now two talented people will be missing from Icmeler for the rest of the season.

Was sorry to see that the fez bar was virtually empty every night, and the pig and whistle was quite busy. Spoke to rudolf about the alleged trouble between the two bars, but he was not aware of any, and said that the singers left for other reasons. However after a few nights i became really annoyed with that prat hassler of his and told rudolf so, rudolf said that he was one of the best around and that the fez bar had been trying to get him to work for them for some time. Hence after this we decided that the magic garden was a better place to be, and spent most of our holiday in there.

I was there when Zeynep and Murat left and I know for a fact The way The Pig and Whistle were behaving was the reason for them leaving- its funny how stories change. I am glad to hear you started drinking elsewhere and would agree with your of the Magic Garden

Wellit appears the Fess Bar is up for sale - Wish I had a spare £350000, wonderful location but would worry about the neighbours reaction to a successful bar.

Saw the fezz bar was for sale in cartier estates, the actual asking price was £475k for the business and 4 bedroomed luxury accommodation, seems expensive but i suppose if icmeler keeps changing the way it is and becomes more cosmopolitain, in a few years time this may be regarded as good price. Certainly wish i could afford it.

Oh no ... what a shame, it was one of my favourite places to chill out and the staff were great - looks like we'll be on a treasure hunt in June next year to try and locate all the smashing staff they had working there.
