Oh i tell you what some people are so pathetic. I dont not return to turkey because i got ripped off. if ive ever got ripped off then i just dont returm to the bar or restaurant that did it. Theres no way of not returning to one of the airports unless i stay there for good. A way around this is to eat before you go to the airport or even get a restaurant to make some snadiwches that you can take with you. Your only there for 2 hours im sure you cant get hungry within that time!!!!!
People really annoy me with this. Why is it the minute some people get in the airport they seem to think they are the hungriest people in the world and need to head for the nearest food stall. As for drinks a large bottle of water in resort is alot cheaper than the airport so buy it there and take it with you desposing of it before you get on the plane if it is finished!
People cant blame Turkey for this, yes i dont agree with the prices at the airport but i go around them not moan about them. turkey isnt the only place they rip you off, no matter where you go in the world there is always someone trying to make a fast buck off of you.
Rant over lol thanx for listening

Best revenge is to spend NOTHING!!

Take your own Sandwiches, crisps ,drinks. We always ask our favourite restaurant to make us up some sandwiches, a fraction of the price and far superior.

Last year we were delayed at Dalaman for 6 hours.. for the priviledge we were allowed a free breakfast. The only thing open was KFC and I remember thinking that I must have read it wrong, whatever it was we had was about £12 each..

I agree about Manchester Airport Steve. We had two full English breakfasts and 2 coffee Latte's and it cost just short of £19, and I wouldn't have given it to my dogs - it was awful, and we left most of it. For some strange reason we tend to count eating at the Airport as part of our holiday - don't think we'll bother in future. Think I'd rather save the money and buy something extra in Icmeler :D

£3.65 for a can of coke is pretty scandalous though dont you think?

This is what I was charged to keep the wee one quiet as they wanted a cold can not a warm bottle. IT IS A RIP OFF NO MATTER WHAT WAY YOU LOOK AT IT!

I think all airports are rip-offs.

Flying out in September from Cardiff, I was charged over £4 for a ham salad sandwich. The bread was floppy and wet, needless to say, most of it ended up going in the bin. At least when I did (once) buy a KFC at Dalaman Airport, for 21ytl, it was all fresh and hot, this also comes with a cold drink.
