Just found out from my friend that it is cheaper to send a picture message that a normal text message. She is on T-mobile contract.

Might be worth looking into your own providers rates :idea:

I found last year on O2 it was only charging me 20 p for a piccie text and 50p for a message.

:DPaul&Vernie.On Virgin mobile it cost,s 25p to text and 30p for a pic but with a pic you can add 200 character,s (apparently) so a guy who works for Virgin mobile told me.So it make,s it abit more economical.

If you have a pay and go O2 sim card that gives you free texts and pictures messages then I would suggest sending picture messages from Icmeler as you get them free :) I discovered this a couple of years ago, the text messages still cost me if I sent them, but if you send picture one's they don't which is great as I love sending lovely sunny pictures to folk back home to show what a lovely time I'm having doing nothing :) (and also cheaper than a postcard and gets there quicker)

Oo well i might have to try this when i next go and find out whats cheaper haha i just assumed it would be more to send a picture msg
