Its me again I think the opening line from The Israelites or should I say The Icmelerites is
"Get up in the morning Efes for breakfast
So that every thirst can be quenched
Oh,ohhhh The Icmelerites.

get up in the morning efes for breakfast,
so that every thirst can be quenched,
poor me,the icmelerite,Aah.

get up in the morning efes for breakfast,
so that every thirst can be quenched,
poor me,the icmelerite,Aah.

my wife and my kids, they are packed off on a day trip,
darling, she said,i will see you real soon,
poor me,the icmelerite,Aah.

shirt them a-tear up,trousers are gone,
i dont want to end up like rami and john,
poor me,the icmelerite,Aah.

after the day there must be a night,
they catch me in the bar and i'm doing alright,
poor me,the icmelerite,Aah.

poor me,the icmelerite,
i wonder who i'm working for,
poor me,icmelerite,
i look a-down and out,sir.

Excellent!! think we should record a band-aid style version of this song - it would mean us all having to go to Icmeler at the same time though. Are there any Icmelerites out there who could organise it? :?:

Probly as it's a promotional song ICR would insist on paying for all the flights and hotels  :D

a version for ICR staff -

get up in the morning tourists to welcome
open the door to their paradise
w-e-e are the ICR -ites.

get out in the morning –car seat is burning,
airport is crammed and I need some ice
poor me, the ICR -ite, Aah.

Back to the office, phones won’t stop ringing
gotta find a deal for John from Swindon
oh yes, I’m an ICR ite, Aah.

Walk to the beach and just want to stay
dip a toe in the water and to play
But no-o- there’s the ICR light Aah.

Lock up the office, walk into the night
Mix with the locals, stay til it’s bright
lucky me – I’m an icmelerite,Aah.

Get up in the morning, work to be done
Got a schedule and though it’s tight
I’m glad I’m an icmelerite.

Admin - too much time on our hands and not enough sun = madness!

OK Slats on triangle, I'll do some backing ooh aah's - any lead vocals out there?

My son's got all that fancy equipment to record tracks and mix them - djsloits - have you got this stuff too? Or anyone else out there who can do a brief mix? I remember someone asking for music on the site - this could be just right! yes admin - I did just say that and yes I am mad.
