Golmar Beach Hotel

Has anyone stayed at the Golmar Beach Hotel? Heard good reviews about it but thought I would ask? Is it far to the main town centre? - thanks Jane.

Hi again

I have stayed there before but i think since then it has had work done on it.
right on the beach front and some restaurants along there too.
Harmony is a good night out,this is where the Stella Show is.
Deniz Kapisi is next door to that..Kareoke bar and lots of acts on there including Michael Jackson show..where he arrives in a speedboat.

Hi Bec, thanks for reply. Not been to Turkey before, usually go to Alcudia in Mallorca as its mostly geared up for kids and therefore, makes our lives a lot easier on holiday.

Icmeler sounds great, especially reading the chat forums. Do you ususally book with Icmeler On line? We have booked transfers with them this year and if we go again, think we may use the site to book flights and accommodation etc. with them.

Jane- gaurantee once your there you will know why everyone loves it..and you cant go there just once hehe
No dont book through Icr sorry guys-i've been going 10years now so i booked mine through friends there.
Saying that though,i recommended Icr to my brother,who booked with these in June and a friend in work who is going next week.

Jane, have been going to Golmar Beach for the past 5 years, only back 4 weeks ago and going again on 20 August for 10 days. Its a lovely, friendly family run hotel, quiet at night with being at the end of the bay but 3/4 minutes walk and you're in the main part of the resort with all the bars, restaurants etc. It has its own section of beach (sunbeds free) and the beach boy, Ahmet, will serve your drinks, snacks etc on the beach. The hotel has its own boat which goes out 2/3 times a week, great value at £10 each which includes a massive bbq lunch and fresh fruit salad in the afternoon.
