We don't like the long drive from the airport or having to go through Marmaris. We don't get the halfway stop as we drive ourselves or Icmeler Online collect us.

Can we not cut out Icmeler and tow it across the sea towards Dalaman?

That there are no rocky places that you can walk to and snorkell. We hope to book a short Gulet cruise this year, so we can indulge ourselves. I really hope that someone can tell me I'm wrong!!

lauren_jayne, The transfer service from ICR does not stop at a halfway cafe and takes usually 1 hour 20- 1 hour 30 minutes to Icmeler from Dlaman.

sharnig, Walk along the beach toward and past the Harmony bar and carry on up the hill above the new marina and then you can scramble down the rocks and snorkel away

I dislike the marbled pavements - I've slipped on wet patches when shopkeepers wash it down and once when someone had dropped an ice cream.

Dislike the incline in the market - even though under cover, it gets muggy and uphill is tiring - even though it might not seem such an incline to others - at my age and in the heat it is!

Dislike the feeling that I've missed out on something - a great night, a good entertainer, a wonderful meal (some of the posts make my mouth water)

Dislike seeing someone at the airport with the bag/shoes/jeans I looked at longingly for several days but decided I didn't need - and knowing it's too late to run back and get them all.

Dislike the length of the journey though love that feeling at the first site of Icmeler - love arriving at night though.

Dislike being ignored by one waiter because I refused an offer of j***y j***y that was made through his friend to my daughter!

Of course I really dislike the coming home - the aftermath of watching the webcam, looking at photos and getting back to work.

Thanks Eric and Thank you, Thank you admin. (Strange name?)
We put a separate thread up about this and got no replies. Now we've got one, we're really chuffed and we owe you an Efes (or G&t or whatever). When we come in to book the other trips we'll gladly share one with you, thanks again, guys :D

here go's !

the cracks in the pavements! i ALWAYS get my heels stuck in them and it is sooo embarassing!! ladies has this ever happened to you!!??

the sand when it gets so hot!! when i go down to the sea i have to hop into bits of shade all the way down!

the market on a wednesday! omg! its dreadful some of the people there are really rude and call you names if u dont want to buy anything from their stall, and i hate it when they force things into your hands and insist you buy it!! :x

hassling! not so much the restraunts but the jewellers! i love just browing around but in icmeler that has proved impossible!!

and coming home....the worst feeling ever!! :(
