Our Holiday Had To Be Cut Short and ICR To The Rescue!

Arrived in Dalaman in the early hours of Friday morning and was met by an ICR rep holding a board with my name on!! Ive always wanted to see that! Within 5 minutes we were into our spotless air conitioned mini bus, seat-belting up and being offered water. As it was the early hours none of the passengers wanted to watch a dvd and we sat instead and dozed. The journey took approx 1 hour and 20 minutes and was a perfect journey. Our driver was courteous, friendly and got us to our apartments safely and with no fuss. I would not wish to ever travel for hours on a coach again after this type of service.

Icmeler was blistering, just the way we like it, unfortunately our teen and his friend took poorly and we though the best thing for them was to return home. The holiday company who we booked with were not remotely interested and as we had only booked transfers with ICR I thought that maybe someone could help us to return to the UK. I spoke with Sharon the next day and within an hour we had flights organised to return home late that night. Can I just say at this point we will be eternally grateful to both Sharon and to Tracey for the fabulous speedy way you got us moving, we cannot thank you enough.

So we returned home where the boys have made a recovery glad to be out of the heat. Now we couldnt let an apartment go to waste so we are returning tomorrow to complete the remaining 10 days of our holiday WITHOUT TEENS early tomorrow morning!!

Tracey and Sharon you really have made a huge difference as you got us moving so quickly, I have said it before and I will say it again we will always be grateful to you. There was absolutely no way we were going anywhere if it hadnt been for you!
