Help !!! My man wants to go somewhere else on our holidays

Hi, I am going mad him indoors does not want to go to Icmeler on our holidays this year. We have been there for the last 2 years and loved it so I don't know what's wrong with him. How can I change his mind - I have tried sulking and that didn't work. So can I hear you best reasons for going to Icmeler and your best memory of Icmeler. I will show him your posts and that might change his mind.

OR IT COULD BE SEPERATE HOLIDAYS THIS YEAR AND I REALLY NEED HIM TO RUB SUNTAN OIL ON MY BACK (lol)

I really don't know why he thinks he gets a choice as usual I will have to book, do the pre hols shopping, sun tan oil etc and find a outfit for him to wear on the plane, sort out the currency make sure the passports are in date etc. So after making all the arrangements I should decide were we go. So see you in Icmeler last week in July first week in August.

Colette if it all goes pear shaped you can have the ticket !!!

You have to admire his cheek thinking he can change my mind once it's made up !!!!!!!!!

Becciboo - I have exactly the same problem with my man, and for the last 3 years he says he isn't gonna go back to Icmeler, wants to go somewhere else, but guess what, yep we are going back again this year. I think its the fact that its such a reasonably priced holiday, and the beer is cheap! Keep up the nagging, it does work :twisted:

The beer that's it I will remind him about the beer can you get EFES in this country I could buy some to tempt him with. I have also reminded him that if we go anywhere else the handbags, pashminas, gold might be a lot more expensive and it will end up costing him more (if he makes me go somewhere else I'll make sure it costs him more ) :twisted:

I think we are getting a really strong case together here he doesn't have a leg to stand on !

It took me ages to convince my husband to go to turkey and now hes found icmeler I dont think he will ever stray look back at all you hoilday snaps and look at the cam every day and say dont that look great

My husband says the same thing shall we go somewhere else this year. Well, we did try a week in Bulgaria two weeks ago. While we had a nice time, I can't wait until August for my real holiday in Icmeler.

What is the point in paying out good money to go somewhere else which you may or may not like when you get there. You no that when you go to Icmeler you are going to have a fantastic time.

I am going to have the same problem. I am already looking to book Icmeler next year. Again he has said shall we try somewhere else. No way. The only way I would agree would be like this year, one week his choice and then two weeks in Icmeler my choice..

I think I've cracked it !I've found a really cheap deal to Icmeler flying on the exact day we want to travel staying at somewhere called the Felizia Aparments. It's a third on the price of going to Dubai so he is now considering it, as I pointed out with the money saved we could go on holiday again in September (possiby Icmeler hehe).

Well done becciboo, you're half way there now. I managed to find very cheap flights and hotel, and that sort of capped it for me!

As Karent said just watch them sitting there with their Efes while the waiters start dancing, except that I'm up dancing with them too!! :wink:

Can't help it if he wont dance now, can I. :shock:

I've got to wait till September :oops:
