Man on bike

Hi all just wondered if anyone knows if the old man who lives in icmeler who we always used to see riding his bike in his speedos is still living there we haven't seen him for a year or so now couldn't swear to it but I think his name was Fred and he was from Stoke on trent I had some lovely chats with him down the jetty.
