We booked for June 2nd 2016 in May 2015 with T***** C***.Fine. Then earlier this year e-mail confirmation of return flight time change.Fine. Last week I go into the airport parking site and book my parking and pay. I just thought I would double check the times and lo and behold the departure flight has breen brought forward by 4 hours.No e-mail confirmation this time.Not Fine.So then I spend 45 minutes trying to find out from the airline what is going on. They confirm the new departure time from Manchester.Now I have to go back into the parking booking and explain the fact that the time has changed and I need to book in four hours earlier.They e-mail me confirmation of the altered itineray.
Lets go forward to Wed June 1st 1500hrs. I'll check ii online.Go into the Manage My Booking,add the date of departure as tomorrow,and my booking reference.Try to retrieve the booking and it says 'No passengers in this booking' At the time of writing this I am once again on hold with the airline and have been for 25 minutes. So hopefully I will be Icmeler bound if anyone bothers to answer this phone. So everyone PLEASE check and re-check all the details of your holiday plans.I would hate to see someone miss a flight due to the inadequacies of certain airlines.Rant over.Enjoy Icmeler folks.
