Cafe Rose

Anyone in resort tell me if Cafe Rose still has Charlie the little dog. We got quite attached to him last year after he slipped his tether & made a dash for freedom, we found him later that day along the beach path then carried him all the way back to Rose's. Quite a distance for a small puppy.
