Last dolmus from icmeler

Hi i posted this on the wrong forum,does anybody know what time the last dolmus to marmaris is,we are staying in marmaris and have only been to icmeler during the day,and looking through the photo album on this site there seems to be some good entertainment on in the bars.There are quite a few of us so would need a couple of taxis,so thought a dolmus would be best way of travel back.Also with so many bars to choose from any suggestions for a great night out:karaoke/waiters dancing etc.Thanks

the answer to the last part of your question is this: you will be very unlucky to find a bad restaurant/bar in icmeler. the bars on the canal are very good and very entertaining, the old town is also a good place to be. it all depends on your mood at the time but like i said, if you do find a bad one please let us know........ ive been going to icmeler for the last seven years and i can honestly say, hand on heart that i have never walked out of a bar/restaurant and said to myself ' i will never go back there'. as for the dolmus, i cant answer that for you as i never get the urge to visit marmaris at night. but one suggestion would be to walk it........ sober yourself up as you go.......ha ha

Hi Kitty,
For a good karaoke night it has to be the Deniz Kapisi on the sea front,this is at the far end of the beach were the Dolmus turns round.
Dont worry about a taxi back to Marmaris as the Deniz have their own mini bus that will take you back to your aparts etc, just ask the waiters at the begining of your evening.

Hi thanks for the replys,so they wouldnt mind us being dropped off at marmaris redrhino,if not sounds good to me,i think its too far to walk at night time.We think its about time to look a little further out from marmaris

Its is to far to walk to Marmaris at the end of an evening,in fact its a long way to walk during the day.(For Me)
Trust me, have a word with the waiters and in fact will pick you up in Marmaris and bring you to Icmeler.

Thanks for the replys,looks as though we will be spending most of our nights in icmeler then,we might even think of changing our holiday destination there as well

about one oclock we got the last one but most restaurants run taxi bus back and pick up if you ask.could always do what we did and get first one back 7.30 next morningafter watching sunrise !
