Evening Forum, I'm back! Lol ... Well a quick visit whilst in the Foyer in the Le'toile supping a pint of Efes

Firstly apologies but I've been too busy sunbathing, swimming and drinking to sort the Webcam out but I'll have a go before I leave .., as it's for my own benefit when I get home a week on Saturday!

Secondly I ain't rich .. It was just the best Hotel I found for me and Mrs G's needs .. So why not eh??

Thirdly and most importantly ..... It's scorching! ... Been 40+ everyday just about, with clear skies and a light breeze at times ... Love it!!!

Lastly for now are the changes ... A heavier Police presence is a definite and I've heard that one Restaurant was shut down for 3 days as punishment, but the ones that we've visited seem as normal and still very enjoyable. The Irish Bar was very busy last night and seems to have bought a licence or are cheating ... As it was rocking with Dancers, Tree Climbers etc and was full to the brim!

Anyway, full review when I get back and for those still to come bring Sterling .. 3.58 so far in the Shop next door to the Tandoori Sizzler ... Cheers

Our second visit can't come soon enough, only been back 13 days & the kids have got us running round like headless chickens !! Pick up grandson, school sports, arrggghhhhh. Hubby going Tour de France with son & heir & grandson beginning of July, so at least I'll get a bit of peace then.

Afternoon all, just a quickie whilst online doing my private mileage for my Company Car for June, nearly forgot and that would have cost me a full months worth of fuel if I'd forgot! ... Phew!

Anyway, Icmeler ... Well its well into the 40's now daily and was 36 at 9pm when me and Mrs G got back from an exhausting day trip to Pammukale ... Wot a day, but never again!

Off to a Turkish all inc do tonight down Marmaris ... So best go and get showered and do my hair! Lol

Ain't seen or been spotted by any other forum members yet, but popped into ICR last weekend and had a chat with Michelle (thanks for the help) and I will pop in with some Ginger Biccies for you all! Lol

Good news and bad news for you ............

Bad news is that me and Mrs G are back from our 2 weeks of bliss, but how hot!! 36-38 on an evening at times!

Good news is that I've persuaded Mrs G to go for a week in September (19th probably) as I was sitting in a right huff on Tuesday night in the Chef I think and she asked what was wrong? I said I can't take it that I won't be back for nearly a year, so she agreed and I said we'd do Egypt in Feb/March ... So see you there! Lol

Now how many sleeps is that then? .........
