Absolutely, such wonderful people. I got a Turkish sim to use while I was there, the local shopkeeper offered me his car to use (which I declined :) v and lots of offers of money, I will never forget their generosity, helpfulness and most importantly, their friendship.

Is codeine linctus and the antibiotic Ciprofloxacin available off prescription in Icmeler? I usually see my doctor in advance of the holiday but if available in the pharmacy will buy it if needed.

Just a post to thank Dr Murat for his help not once , but twice during our last stay in Icmeler ,(20 th June for 2 weeks ) My daughters partner took unwell in Rush bar on our first night , Dr Murat was in attendance and was really brilliant, on the other occasion my wife had forgotten pills , Dr Murat contacted our surgery back home several times to try and sort the problem ,which took up a lot of his time but would not take payment when the problem was fixed. His answer was " You are a guest in my country I don't want money I was happy to help." This is the first chance I have had to say thanks since we have come home.

Tommy and Linda Cybulski who were staying at the Kleopatra Apart )

I also must praise Dr Murat who I had to visit in July when I was unwell. He sent a car to collect me at Bilnur apartment and drop me off again. Unfortunately I had to visit Medline again the same evening and was admitted to Ahu Hetman (overnight - nothing too serious) and again Dr Murat arranged transport to take me there. Dr Murat and staff at his clinic were very caring and I was so grateful for them looking after me. So thank you all.

I don't know if anyone can help.

Relatives of ours are currently n Icmeler, and the Mrs as been hospitalised for a week, yesterday she was released and they cant get a flight home til sunday, this will mean they have been in Turkey for 3 weeks, the medication she takes runs out and she doesn't know where she can obtain Morphine from.

Any help will be appreciated . :?

Hi Dr Murat
Can you tell me how much you would charge for having a cortisone injection in the knee. Had one at home but could not make it for the second one as we had to bring are holiday forward, was hoping the knee would hold out but is very painful to walk on
Regards Mavis
