Case lids now nailed down, if it ain't in there now, it ain't going. My nails are done. Passports checked, visa's checked, tickets checked, money checked.
Weigh in at slimming world 9am, hair done 9-30am, home, bath, changed & off we go....yipppppeeeee

Just had a fantastic meal in romance palace. Rained on journey from Dalaman, very hard journey. Rain really bad. Stopped when we got to icmeler. It is warm & windy, cooler of an evening, but not cardie weather (although some wearing fleeces, coats etc, whimps). Entertainment in romance, none in Venice or majestic. Not spoiling our holiday. Going on now to cactus for 60/70's music.

Thanks Daisysun, it all turned out well with the dog in the end. Kids slowly forgiven.

Glad you're enjoying it Mansy! ... Shame about the Weather during the transfer mind! ... Seems the Weather everywhere is upside down! Lad from works Wife flew to Crete for a week with some work mates yesterday and said the Plane had to redirect to a different Airport, this was due to extreme Winds and Rain! .. Passengers screaming and throwing up due to the turbulence and panicking they were going to die!

Good to see you're leading the way tho anyway in refusing to cover up! lol ... So is hot through the day?

It was hot today Geordie, 29 I think. My shoulders are a bit red, even though I slapped on the sun cream.
Mozzies out in force last nigh (even though it is cooler), the little blighters got my ankle 4 times and I had put the mozzie muck on before going out.
It won't spoil our holiday even if it is cooler, windy or raining. Bars have roofs on don't they

Good to see I'm 'famous' back home and let the ICR Office know I'll definitely call in and book a trip or 2 with them and say 'hello' ... If you give them a good description of me and Mrs G so they recognise us, do you think we'll get 'Friends and Family' discount?? Lol

Yep, I'll pop in and say 'hi' .... Be good to meet everyone in the Office who we've 'met' on here ... I'll go armed tho with Stall prices for trips and hope they do an 'Asda type of Price match guarantee!' Lol

Doing worry about leaving money dafty, I'm sure the 4 of us will be there at the same time soon (but not September, Egypt it is ... £1200 for a week 5 star all inc in Sharm) .... Which will definitely happen as we're buying a retirement home together aren't we?? Lol

We did Egypt 20 years ago now, but the culture side of it. 1 week cruise on the Nile, valley of the kings, Cairo, pyramids, temples, tombs etc. Hope you enjoy it, good to have a change now and then.

Yes, I'm sure our paths will cross again in Icmeler one day. Been in quite a few of the bars this trip & our favourite for music entertainment has been Scotia bar, full, quite lively but not boom boom music.

Hi Daisysun, Right behind tandoori sizzler, along from ICR office (almost next door). 60's, 70's, 80's music. Kept us busy all night trying to remember who sang what staff very good, music not over loud, we could still hold a conversation. Last year we went to Kaktus bar, same type of music, but this year it seems very quiet in there. Resort on the whole quieter, beach almost deserted most days, but don't let any reviews put you off, it's still a good place to be. Just had a downpour of rain, lasted about 10 mins. 25 degrees this afternoon, slight breeze.
