Avlu 1/ 2 apartments.

JT hope you do not mind this post.
Just had a call from a friend who is staying at above in July. Their agent has
notified them the apartments they have booked, Avlu 4have gone out of business.
Any body in resort at the moment can advise??.

We are booked into Avlu 1 in September. Will check it out whilst in resort next week.

We have just returned from the selen 2 just behind avlu 4 apts, and from what i saw it was closed, the only people i saw there were a group of young turkish lads and an old turkish man.
It is very early but everywhere else seemed to be busy getting ready for the coming summer but these apts were very quiet.

Avlu 4 have not gone bust, over the winter they let their apartments out to students and to some agency workers, Tez Tours.

The students are slowly leaving and all will be gone next week then they will prepare to open the Aparts for the summer, maybe they do not have enough bookings for when they are booked in for??

Currently there are no staff there, no water in pool and will need cleaning once students have left.

Yes, I also checked it out as we are staying at AVLU 1 in September. All is fine, no need to panic. The info above in the previous post is the same info we were given.
