Rhodes

Hi all, newbie here have been to Icmeler for the last 7yrs and we love it. Usually stay in the Sun Village and we are staying in the Club Sun Village in Sept. I am just asking if anyone has done the day trip to Rhodes, and if so would you recommend a visit.

Went to Rhodes on a day trip during our stay in 2012.
They were selling sightseeing trips on the boat over and we went round Rhodes on a coach for a couple of hours.
Lunch and a few hours going round Rhodes on foot afterwards.
Lovely compact town.
Shops were more expensive that Turkey but you do get another chance to get some duty free on the way back!

Had a nice day out and would recommend a day visit.
