Lira Prediction for 2014

Got mine about 3 weeks ago at rate of 3.790 from ice online.
Think the rate will drop by the time we go June.
If the rate is higher will save the lira I have now for September hols and buy in resort in June.
So really can't lose out.

the lira is sitting at 3.46 is this good should i exchange or will it go a bit higher

its a great rate compared to what we were getting when we went to Turkey 2 years ago - i think the highest we got then was 2.8 and we were really pleased with that - however it was slightly higher a couple of weeks ago. Its hit and miss and a chance you take at the time as it can always rise or fall ona daily basis but 3.46 i think is still a very good rate

As Rami said, watch it rise and from what I have seen leaked online this morning I would expect that rise to start right now.

Yes it has started, Lira went from 3.62-3.68 overnight

The Lira rate is all about politics, If Erdogan gets an increase in his parties votes in March then the Rate will go down if not it will go up-------------probably! ---------------------- Fun times!

I would suggest that Rami predicted the way it would go, way, way back before the rate even started to rise (actually is was Rami's dad the font of all knowledge that gives us his wisdom)

I think we will see it go higher than what it is now

Rami is indeed the nearest to todays rate which is 3.639 Lira to the £.So with Ramis prediction of 3.65 he is indeed this seasons Top forecaster of the Lira rate.
The Rate of exchange has been good to us this season,I hope those still to go on holiday have a fantastic time and bring back lots of happy memories.
