Diving and snorkelling

We don't go on holiday until May but there's nothing like researching early.
A couple of questions.
Is there a PADI dive centre in icmeler?
What's the snorkelling like off the beach?

The European Dive school used to have a centre and shop opposite Vinces bar but I think they moved to another resort, there are stacks of dive boats in icmeler and marmaris but I don't know if they are PADI registered. Theres not a lot to see when snorkelling off the beach just odd patches of sea grass (no rocks).

You can do it through ICR, and they state they are PADI registered instructors...
