Mid April - weather and what's open?

Just wondering what is likely to be open in the middle of April, and how warm it will be. I've got the chance of week off around 12th and have seen some wonderfully cheap flights. Just want a little sun on my back sometime soon after a couple of days in Marrakech last week has set off my need for some warmth!

Does anyone have any info for this time of year, earliest I've been before is a couple of weeks later at the start of May. Thanks

Mid twenties in Mid / End of April, possible rain.

Also make sure you pack some jumpers as it goes pretty cold in the evening, 7ock onwards.

I was there last year from 9th to 16th April weather was a hit and miss a couple of good days and a couple of torrential rain days but lovley for walking about and even did the walk to Marmaris along the beach........a good few places open and lots more opening as we left

Thanks all. Found even cheaper flights on 16th now, so that's a teeny bit later, quite a few more apartments open at that time too so I think it would be rude not to

I've been going in April for the past 3 yrs this year.

The first year: 16-23rd April.
Second: 23-30th
Third 2013: 6th May

Every year, the shops seem to open a week later. When I went last year 23-30th they started opening later, unsure why. Even shopkeepers were saying tourists seem to come one week later than the previous year. Lets see what it's like for me in May! Oh and enjoy your holiday!
