Shuttle Transfers with ICR

Postby JT » 21 Jan 2013 18:51

For the 2013 season we will be introducing "shuttle transfers" for the first time as a lot of people who are alone or in pairs seem to prefer these as they are cheap

Well now they are even cheaper............

Any person who books accommodation through us can book their transfers priced as follows

£3.99p per person one way or £7.98 return

Exactly the same amount as what you would pay for a shuttle transfer from a transfer agency

So many to choose from now I believe but though they may have many names they may only be agents

There is another point to this I suppose

If you had booked your accommodation through us (we price match) then this is what you get

Ok its not a lot of money off but it is a gesture

There are only I think 5 accommodations which we do not sell in Icmeler (through choice) so let us price match your holiday

It wont hurt to try

That's good news. We always use a shuttle as only 2 of us. How do we book?

Great offer from ICR. As there is only the missus and I, booking through ICR was always too expensive(it was OK if there was 4 of you)

I will drop you an email with our booking

It is a good offer as you always worry about some of these other firms being insured.

Shuttle transfers sold by ICR are operated by 3rd party transportation companies which are also used by holiday taxis, hoppa and many other companies in the market.

Its the exact same thing as booking with any online agency offering shuttles. Shuttles whether it be regular or speedy, the travel time will vary depending when the shuttle bus fills. It could be in a matter of minutes to some hours resulting in transfer time to take between 2 hours to 3 hours.

There will be drop offs along the way as well so if you are looking for a smoother start to your holiday, we suggest you do not opt for the shuttle transfers however some holidaymakers do not mind the downside of shuttles due to their cheap value thus we decided to put these on offer for them.

We offer Shuttle Transfers at the cheapest prices is purely because we do not mind offering these 3rd party operated transfers at cost to our valued customers.

We've had something similar, but got dropped at a hotel in marmaris, and waited for a minibus to pick us up to then drive us to Icmeler. Took ages.

That was booked thoough a "reputable" high street travel agent.

Ah now that is where we differ

We are not a reputable high street travel agent

We are a reputable Turkish Icmeler based travel agent dealing with the UK market as well as the internationl market

I think that sets us aside from the others

i'm never a lover of shuttle service, will always go for the individual service, does save some time but also enjoy the transfer more.

We have always offered our personal service but then lots of people are now actually asking for shuttles as far cheaper so we have offered that to them

Personally I would't get a shuttle anywhere in the world

This gives people the choice though - you can still opt for a private transfer if you wish, or if you want a cheaper option and don't mind the shuttle, it's an alternative. Good move by ICR.
