It's called lavash, so if you do a google search for lavash recipes, you will find quite a few, including step-by-step videos on how to make it.

I found a recipe, it say traditionally cooked in a tandoor, but you can use your oven! havent tried it yet though

I'm sure someone posted on here a few years back to say they had had a go at trying to make it, and obviously it doesn't turn out quite the same unless you happen to have your own tandoor (!) but they said it wasn't half bad. If anyone does try it, please let us know how you get on.

I have made it on a few occasions. Got the recipe of this forum a few years ago. It turns out ok,just very time consuming as there is yeast in it,so you have to give it time to rise. You also need to make sure your oven is at the correct temp.
