Where do the boat trips pick up from?

Can anyone assist? I've booked the ICR BBQ bays boat trip for next week but don't know what time it leaves or from where, nothing on the booking confirmation and can't find any details on the excursions bit! It's highly likely I'm being a bit dim, so if anyone can point me in the right direction I'd very much appreciate it!

Until you tell the office where you are staying they will not be able to tell the driver where to pick you up from

Oh ok, guess I need to send an email to them then or pop in when we get there. Sorry, it's the first trip I've booked with you and I can't find anywhere where this was asked, so guess I just didn't know that you needed to know. Least now I know for next time!

When you get into resort just pop into our office and we will issue you with the ticket you need for the boat trip and then we will let you know what time your pick up will be. The pick up will be from your accommodation, so we look forward to seeing in the office
