Well done carol.
What info needs to be put in? Did ours last year but can't remember, and still awaiting a passport to arrive (interview today for our 19 year old lad, to prove he's British!!), so don't want to fill it in if it requires passport info!
Thanks

Hi Chris
You need to put in issue date, expiry date and passport number.
There's also some standard questions i.e. place of birth, etc.
Hope this helps.
When you going?

We also had to renew daughters passport as she only had a 5 year one and it only took a week and a half to arrive.
Hope yours comes soon :D

Ah, yes because it has to be valid for 6 months after your return, but that is so wrong. Your losing out on so many months!

I don't think you do from what i can gather they take into account how many months you have left and add it on if that makes sense (confuse myself sometimes) :D
Just hoping it comes in time.

yes they add anything up to 9 months onto the new one. We have just reniewed ours, costs a blooming fortune as well!!!
this is there busiest time and even by sending through check and send they are telling you now that it can take up to 4 weeks (i rang them up to find out)
you can also check on your passpotrs progress on their website using your barcode number from your receipt, they will email you back given details of what is happening

They do add any remaining time to the neww passport.
Daughters was due to expire in August and they have dated it to start June expire August so no worries.
Hope this is useful :D
