Anyone have any tips on good travel insurance deals?

Postby Chris221273 » 03 Jul 2012 05:49

Hey all,
Question as above really.
There are 6 of us coming out on august 10th and wondered what bargains you'd all found.
Can you get a group insurance deal?
5 adults & 1 15yr old.
Thanks everyone.

Not sure about group insurance, but be aware all the group may have to return home if one person falls ill or has to come home. :( Personally we use the "free" travel insurance from our bank.

Best place to find a good deal is on the moneysavingexpert website. Then see if the best deal does cashback via quidco (http://www.quidco.com/user/465328/) to maximise your savings :D

If you are travelling abroad more than once this year then you may to consider looking at the price of annual insurance. If the answer is twice or more (any where abroad) then the annual one will be more beneficial. This will apply to any of your party. I agree the comparison sites will give you the answer to all your questions
