hi was just wondering what factor suncream everyone uses in paradise this year i have gone for a factor 15 and 30 because last time i went in june we had an heat wave but always factor 50 for my two boys

sounds about right to me, thats what we usually take in may june or sept oct maybe throw a 5 or 10 in for last few days if you feel up to it

Yeah, I've got a 15 and a 10 dry oil. Gives good colour.

i have red hair so my skin is very sensitive and burns very easily unfortunately
i use factor 50 for my face and shoulders
but for the rest of my body i use factor 30
