Baklava In Icmeler

Postby Tiberius » 18 Apr 2012 10:15

Hi All,

Spurred on and drooling from the cheesecake post I was just wondering where the best Baklava can be found In Icmeler??

Myself and my colleague at work love the stuff and I try to bring some home if I can. Whilst I was there last year I was told by the hotel owners that the best Baklava can be found in Marmaris but I ended up buying it from Tansas as we didn't have time to go to Marmaris.

Is there anywhere that does it better than Tansas in Icmeler?

We ate some at Nefis and it was wonderful, but yes it will be cheaper in the supermarket than a restaurant.

You have me drooling now.

Yavuz Cafe on the main Tansas road sell lots of it! Probably fresher than Tansas too!

The cake shop next door to the Babadan hotel sells Baklava and its delicious. I dont really like the taste of honey but loved the Baklava from there. they sell gorgeous cakes, pastries and gateaux.
