Transfer Cost vs Transfer Only Price

When I check the prices for transfers on the ICR website, 2 different totals are shown. £90 for "Transfer Cost" and £100 for "Transfer Only Price". What is the difference?

It's for 4 people from Dalaman to Icmeler.

I should have said, I clicked the question mark beside each description, but it just resetted the page so I was none the wiser...

This basically means that if you book accommodation plus transfer it is cheaper than if you just use the transfer service only. The cost is between all of you, not per person if that helps too.
