I was one of those people who booked very cheap flights with thomas cook last week only to find my etickets and itinerary have now disappeared from my emails has anyone else had the same problems ?

If your emails were saved when you received them then they are still on your computer - somewhere.

If not go to the website where you booked them and you should be able to find your E-tickets & confirmation.

have tried all of this and checked my tc account and the flights can not be found its like they have never been booked i think tc made a big mistake with these flights emails have gone from my laptop and blackberry now just waiting to check my cc

going start of may these ones are for august thought they were cheap think they dropped a clanger £306 return for 3 people very strange when you going

Thanks to silverbeard made me think outside the box found them in my bt yahoo sent box dont know whyit did not come to outlook but dont care my cheap august holiday still on thanks to ajgaj when you said your tickets were still in hotmail thanks to the icmeler crew and sorry to thomas cook for thinking it was to good to be true it was true happy days

Can only be good for everybody keith if they come down a bit i like j2 used them once last year but most of my flights are with tc most times they are much cheaper have booked a few now and got very good prices for this year
