:D :D :D As mentioned Hanedan, kardelan and Karem all "traditional eateries" and not a dancer or juggler in sight (unless you look across to Venice from Karem  ) Having read the reviews i have no doubt that LAL is ok too. Try "em all i say.

I've eaten in the Winehouse, Hanedan and the Karem this week and can recommend the all as very good Turkish restaurants.

Hanedan is the best, 10 of us didnt rate Lal at all but we all loved Hanedan for fab food and excellant friendly service. Nefis pide is good for a quick bite to eat.

Selam gets our vote - absolutely amazing and lovely hosts! Nice quiet setting off the main road - you could be a million miles away from anywhere it's so peaceful. All food is prepared to order so there's no rush, just a lovely friendly atmosphere.
We were there a couple of weeks ago and my daughter fell asleep in one of their comfy chairs after the meal. Turgay was kind enough to give us a lift back to the old village and made me chuckle when he said his English wasn't the best, so just to say left, right or straight on haha. Lovely people, lovely place.

Kardelin pide place is great too and used by a lot of locals - can't say better than that!
