hi John, do we know the date that the boat has to be booked by so whoever else needs to pay knows when there last chance to book is? would be a real shame if it got cancelled now as most have paid! anyone decided on a theme?? xx

I think the office requires a couple of days to organise the boat, but i would like to get enough people on the list and payed before we fly as we leave on saturday.
If we are a few short the girls in the office might be able to sell some places.

ah thats good then sounds like its definitly going to happen ..... are we deciding on a theme?? i want to get my costume sorted if so lol!!! xx

Hi John having a little bother with computer but we are definately still going have been promised it will be sorted in couple of days so will be able to do it then Jan and Jeff

shame there may be a ''THEME'' now , as actually this has slightly put me off !! What would happen differently to other trips, costumes and role play or just costumes???
I will double check with the others in our party, and if they still want to go, we will then pay !
also if we book trips in resort through icr we get 10% off trips , but not if we book in advance apparently

Ok, we will probably still go then, BUT i have just looked at ways to pay and there is a charge for paying on line, could we just say we will definatly be coming and pay Sun21st Aug in office? or do they need payment in full first? Or am i not seeing a way we can pay without paying extras???

I didnt mean to sound such a spoil sport, we like to watch others joining in the fun,
but its not allways our thing thats all !

yes just try again a few of us of here have had the same problem i know payment was not taken so i tried again and it worked fine
