My recommendation for a beautiful meal.

Postby Chris221273 » 11 Aug 2011 18:28

We went to Charly's Restaurant tonight for a meal.
4 courses, first course garlic bread, then any soup or mixed salad, then for main any chicken, pasta, pizza or kebabs from the menus, then a choice of mixed ice cream or tea/coffee for......all for 16Tl.
By far the best meal we've had so far, and we have been to the expensive places. Very quiet, nobody asking every 2 seconds if everything is ok, yet a waiter stood a few feet away if you need him. Try this place people, you won't regret it. It's next door to linekers bar and opposite mandalins. See Jake and the beautiful little lady (maybe 6 or 7 yrs old who likes to show you to your table). Definitely one of icmelers unsung jems.

We have known Charlie for about 5 years now! We eat there 4 or 5 times each holiday. Last time was in June and looking forward to going back in Sept. Such a good choice of food from set menu to local dishes, huge T Bone steaks to gorgeous home made lasagne and pizzas. Something for everyone and all very reasonably priced!

We always tend to go into Charlie's for a couple of meals on
holiday, good food, good service, peace to eat and have a drink after
the meal. Our friends got home on Tuesday they said the restaurant
was very quiet when they were in, Charlie told them it's down to the a/inclusive
holiday's.I'm sure i heard a couple of years back they were meant to be restricting
the a/i hotels so as not to affect the trade in the resort so much, alas it's not working.

If you start at the Tandoori Sizzler just head towards the beach. You can't miss it - on your left.

I walk past Charlies quite a lot and even when you know he has been quiet and is a bit down in the dumps he always has a smile and a good evening
