yes there is one on the beach front too where the Effes cafe used to be. The other one is at the top of the dry canal near Vinces and across the road is a supermarket where Elvis used to be.

The one up by the old Elvis bar is the real Cafe Annes, the owner was telling us that the one on the beach has to change names as there cannot be two, he said it was going through the legal channels to get it changed and if they would not change it it had to shut down

Hi Eric,

Go to the original near Vince's, the one one the beach is taking advantage of their reputaion I think, we call in normally in the evening to chill out, efes, cocktail etc, they always put beer nuts, cheese or strawberrys on your table and thats for all not just the regulars, I have never seen them pester anyone to come into the cafe, this a 100% no hassle place and they are beautiful people and I am sure others will echo my comments.

Hi Erik

Sorry, I am hopeless at directions, but its not too far from Vinces. Cross the road from Vinces, and go past the Elvis bar, follow the sign for the Old Village, and Cafe Rose is sign posted along that road.

Otherwise, have a look at the guestbook for Cafe Rose, might give you better directions.

Cafe Anne's by the canal also have the most amazing hand made biscuits along with the delicious cakes and fantastic coffee. Can't wait till I come back only 16 days.

On the same tag can anyone tell me the name of the cake shop in the village next to the handbag shop. Nice guy and his wife own it I think. It sells fantastic cakes. 8)
