First off let me say sorry to all those people who have lost their flights I know what your going through we where in Turkey last year when Kiss went under and where worrying how we would get home.
Next I have been reading through the posts since H4U went bust this afternoon and I am surprised at the number of long standing forum members that have critsised ICR for offering cheap flights through Aegean these same members have praised ICR a number of times in the past for offering customers great deals
ICR would not have had an idea Aegean where going under as walking down the high street yesterday there where a couple of independant travel agents offering the same deal on flights.
This will have come as a shock to them as much as it did to those of you that have booked flights with Aegean.
Please give ICR the chance to respond and also remember that they will have a lot of customers already in Turkey who must take priority in being helped to get home
I am sure that once ICR know what is happing they will respond with a notice on the site as customer service is and always has been a top priority for ICR
