I am sat at work in absolute tears here, my husband has had to phone me to calm me down. They must have known and that is why they were selling there flights to try and get money in to keep afloat. I knew it was too good to be true, don't really know what to do now. I have been phoning but as you can expect nobody is there to answer :(

Katie, thanks for that link, I think it is sit back and wait now, they should hang their heads in shame if they knew several months ago things were looking bleak, they must have received thousands and thousands of payments over the weekend and the past couple of days

Really feel bad for anyone who had booked with them. i came close to booking but changed my mind at the last minute. They should have stopped taking bookings when they knew things were going bad. Hope everyone gets sorted

Unfortunately, this is exactly what companies like this do. Goldtrail, Kiss Flights etc were all the same - selling flights and holidays right up until the very last minute. I was literally on the verge of booking flights with Aegean last night, but my husband wanted to check the dates with his work first - thank god. My heart goes out to anyone affected by this - it's a nightmare. Hope you all get sorted out and get your money back - even if it takes a while, as it did in our case with Kiss.

No but I suppose their first priority will be people stuck in Turkey at the minute that have been stranded by this company, feel so sorry for them and the people that cant go, we have lost out but that is for next year it least we have had one holiday this year and another one booked for October(as long as Monarch dont go bust)
terrible business for everyone involved

Maybe I'll get shouted down for voicing this but JT did disappear rather rapidly a few days ago......

Is anyone in contact with anyone thats out there right now? I know Fanny went Monday, anyone heard anything?

Hi everybody, this is Elaine I work in the ICR office in Icmeler, sorry for the delayed reponse, but things are busy here in resort. Please bear with us as we are trying to repond and help everybody who is ringing and e-mailing us both in England and resort. Do not worry if you can not get through on the phones immediately or e-mails are delayed in response, we are working our way through them. For those that have got flights booked with onurair if you go to http://www.caa.co.uk they give you all the details and forms for claiming your money back. For those already here in resort then at this moment in time flights are still operating to get people back home, but please just come to the office the day before you fly to double check your flight times.

Thanks for posting Laney, but do we need to make a claim if we have flights booked via ICR or do ICR do this for us?
