I'm interested in the answer to this question as well.

I've seen his work and he is very good although I have never had one done myself, however this year will more than likely be our last family holiday as my eldest is off to University in September so it would be nice to get a family one done of the four of us, I wonder of he could make me look thinner :D :D

Any one know how much he charges and how do you transport them home without getting creased? Is it worth taking an old cardboard tube from an empty tin foil roll or something similar?

We had a caricature done of me and my 2 daughters by a bloke down on the beach front last year, he did it while we were there not off a photo, it was good. I think it cost 25 or 30 lira.

Hi

The guy is still there, next to Erdem Cafe and Deniz who sells boat trips. Don't know how much he charges.

His name is Husein and he's fantastic, we had our picture done and also my daughters wedding portrait. I am sure we paid something like £40 per person as that is how he charges, not by the picture. Take any photo with you, but if you dont have a fave photo he will take your picture. Please go at the begining of your holiday as it take Husein a few days to complete them, and at popular holiday dates he has many requests. If you are passing him in the evening have a look at his oil paintings we have bought 2 and they have pride of place in our hall way.

We were there last week and he did a picture of our 2 grandaughters, it was amazing - he charged £45 for a double portrait.
