I would opt for the jeep safari, lazy day boat trip and a trip to the water park in Marmaris would be ideal for the children, these are the most popular trips. We visited the water park in Marmaris last June, the bigger one behind Migros, great day out and good value for money.

The Dolmus runs from Icmeler to Marmaris every 5 mins or so, just tell the driver to put you off, you can pay on entry

If you book the water park from any of the kiosks/shops in Icmeler, you get free transport to the water park and also return home to Icmeler. Dont forget to haggle a bit and you can probably get the little one in for free.

Depends if your eating out every breakfast, lunch and dinner and also how much you drink. We are a family of four, last year spent approximately £125 a day, this year I am budgeting £150 a day but hoping to bring back enough to buy an Ipad.

How much spends is quite well covered at viewtopic.php?f=19&t=12800&p=116447&hilit=2008#p116447

To correct my last post last year I actually spent £121 a day.

If you want to do something special for your wedding anniversary I would go to Wayside or love boat for a nice quiet romantic dinner.

This was posted last year so I don't know if you can still do this, sounds lovely though.

the loveboat is more lively and upbeat than wayside

Hi and happy anniversary for June 12
The Winehouse is romantic sitting outside under the grape vines, and especially good when you have 9 and 6 year old in toe
The lighthouse is good sitting by the fountain beside the swimming pool

And the wayside on facebook

Keeps an eye out for the rose seller going round the bars and restaurants
Hope it helps.

ps use the google map for directions.

we celebrated our wedding anniversary two years ago in the Liberty restaurant next to deniz kapisi .They reserved us a table at the waters edge and also gave us a lovely cake to celebrate. the meal was really nice and the setting beautiful we went quite early to have a drink first and watch the sunset . not our anniversary while we there this year but will still go as enjoyed it so much . another recommended restaurant would be the cavalier also on the beach front but have heard it may no longer be there . Happy Anniversary
