Postby Madkitty » 20 Nov 2010 13:13

Thought Id start some early planning to get me through these winter months LOL After a few years of doing all the trips possible Im looking forward to getting ourt and about by dolmus next year so wondered if anyone could recommend any places to go to from Marmaris - Datca is obviously the first on the list and I believe Akyaka is also possible, any others?

Dolmus from Marmaris main station to Orhaniya (not sure of spelling) Stay on the bus for a couple of stops past the Dogan (large hotel sign posted on right hand side) I think the Jeep safari stops here, but if you walk further along you will find a little bar with sunbeds and a jetty for fishing. There are a few places to eat. Makes a nice day out. A bus time table is necessary but if I remember rightly the bus is about 10 a.m. return bus about 3.30.
