One thing you can guaranttee by booking through ICR is you will be well looked after.
I have booked through them to the Melita apartments and the Apartments were they now have their offices and I went in those 4 times.
When booking with ICR you are booking with people you will see in the resort,They have a well staffed office in Icmeler as well as one in England.

Flights accomodation transfares are all taken care of.
When in resort,
if any problems do arise, staff are on the spot, you dont have to phone reps and head office to get satisfaction.

It's amazing how many people think that this forum just appeared for holidaymakers and they don't realise the we are a holiday company.

We have booked with ICR on many occasions and they are second to none.We are going to book with them for June 2007 for a family of 6. They are the BEST and can't fault them.

We too have booked with ICR many times and certainly wouldn't consider booking a holiday in Icmeler with any other holiday company as you just can't beat the personal touch. Rami and John are exceptionally helpful.

I will be booking my day trips with ICR when I am there (9th oct for 2 weeks)and also asking for a quote for next year as they seem to get excellent reviews on any web site that I have visited.

Thanks for that Bob. We've booked to go back next year for 3 weeks in July. We got a brilliant deal as the travel agent underquoted us but they had to honour the price :D :D . We've got 2 kids with us who will be 13 and 7 so if anyone can recommend "child friendly" trips it will be greatly appreciated. This will be our 7th time in Icmeler but we've never done any trips as the kids have been younger but next year is a must after reading all the reviews. Also we must walk round Icmeler with our eyes closed as we've never been in most of the places that people rave about on the forum. Next year we will be exploring!!!!!!!!!

Thanks again

Its probably correct that no one will slag ICR on our own forum however, please do look at other sites and find out about ICR - Icmeleronline if you have any hessitation to book your holidays with us. If you cant find any information about us which is impossible, do let us know and we will forward you all possible resources without being bias.

Thank you.

I had never booked with ICR before and as you know I am gobby so I would be the first person to complain if I recieved bad treatment.

This was my first year booking with ICR and I can honestly say it was all booked within 10 minutes. No hassle of the travel agents or wearing out your shoe leather.

A quick phone call to Sharon in Liverpool( I could hear her tapping away on the calculator) and hey presto it was booked for next year.

If anyone would like to ask any questions in confidence feel free to pm me and I will give you un biased honest answers.

Cheers

Have just had my first holiday booking with ICR must admit I was a bit nevous at first, don't know why ---from booking to going---- it was trouble free, even though we had booked to stay at the Manadalin who then decided to close early we were transferred to the Blue Rainbow at no extra cahrge and with no hassle for ourselves.
Our driver to transfer us into resort was there waiting for us and it was a comfortable trouble free transfer, however due to no fault of the driver who picked us up at the arranged time for returning to Dalaman we did have to wait for another party who were not ready when we called for them, thus making us late into Dalaman, because of this we were the last two to book in and had so got the last remaining seats on the flight and had to sit seperate, as I do not like flying I found this quite stressful, but I don't feel ICR were to blame for this and would certainly not hestitate to use them again and would also highly recommend them to others. powdie :D
