Hi Becky,

We allways have a good time when we are there. :D

The boys are all fine.Ali is in Marmaris working with his brother.

The bar is much better now that it has moved to opposite side where they used to have the big tv and you get a better view from the pool!

Seems like a lot of the restaurants had a good year last year as there have been a lot of changes. John,Vinces brother, and Yurda at Champagne bar have also improved their bar,MUCH better.

Not long now 11 days and i will be sitting at Vinces bar,Champagne too!!!!! :D

5 weeks today I will also be there, getting excited now.

Looking forward to meeting some ICR Forum folks and a few drinks with Shaz, Donna etc.

As you can all probably tell, I am on my nightshift and trawling through the old threads to pass the time away.

Colette and Di - dont forget the bright pink outfits.

Reesy you must have been bored to dig out such an old thread.

We've just come back on Monday, still havent got me brain in gear. Wish we were still there apart from that 06.30 flight that was a killer.

Am half way through typing my review its 3 pages on Word so far.

But staff who're there Kennan, Ahmed (should be a comedian very dry humour and keeps a poker face), Adam, Polat who's been there for couple of years, new chef I gather, cant remeber his name, Eddib the kitchen assistant (bless him, looks dead sweet) took a fancy to my daughter. night time bar lad (another cuty) cant remember his name but think he's Vince's nephew.

All lovely, be prepared to be pushed in the pool all the time, the girls certainly were. Also how's the puppies at Tattoo Mummy and the hairdressers doing, they had grown in our 2 weeks, they were trying to train them to walk with leads and the girl puppy didnt like stairs so was dragged up or carried up them, was hilarious.

I'd recommend the sac kavurma on vinces menu, its lamb in tomato with mushrooms and onions and is so tasty, its on a mini wok so is served at your table. hubby recommends the Adana kebab if you like spicy mincemeat.

No problem getting sunbeds, even in peak August. That pool table is a bit knackered now the balls drop out a lot, dont know if it will survive another year.

Will have to finish my review now.

Wish i could win the lottery and vanish again, will have to wait till next year.

we stayed there last year for 3 weeks and had a great time. Vince, Kennan and the boys will do anything to make your stay a good one.
The English breakfasts are really nice and we never had a bad meal there.
Recommend this place to anyone. :D

Colette, the hairdryers are placed in the bathroom and they are ok. The only thing would be if you like to sit down at the dressing table to do your hair, then take your own, but if your like me, just a quick blow dry then hours in front of the mirror trying to get the curls straight

Zog, I remember you and your family from last year at Vinces, I think your Daughter was getting married at the time.

Weakest link............I was definitely bored, I always am and usually dig up a few old threads to reply to, but I just pass the time away by reading them and seeing the changes that have taken place.

I cant wait to go back.
