John will know for sure but certainly looks like it will open. Work is clearly being done inside and I saw a lorry load of mattresses being delivered the other day. Will be good to see that end of the prom lit up again at night...all looked a bit miserable last year.

Munamar is open this year and is bookable through us here http://www.icmeleronline.com/hotel.php?no=43

Bookings can only be made by calling us and not bookable online as there are 7 different type of rooms and prices and they are changing daily hence us not showing prices online

We stayed there about six years ago and were upgraded to a suite which was very posh :) A pigeon was nesting on the windowsill and we were probably on the top floor.I spent the holiday watching it whenever I was in and it hatched an egg just before we left.I was worried they would just sweep the chick off as soon as we left.It was a Joy hotel then and was very nice.Food good and high standards in rooms and public areas but was having a problem with russians who were bringing there friends in and not paying. Not even wristbands then.I did tell the story on here of the russian woman who came into lunch in a thong bikini and stillettos and the poor head waiter who had to tell her to cover up  Evenings were very boring and we spent all our time in other bars.Never done AI in Icmeler since as we love getting out and about and trying new places to eat and drink. But it was sad to see it last year.Glad its going to be up and running this year.
