FIRST TIME TRAVELLERS

Postby Jimmy » 30 Aug 2006 15:25

Good afternoon. Myself and my girlfirend are staying at The Greenworld Apartments shortly and this is also the first time we have been to Turkey. I can find reviews on the accomadation from last year but not this summer so far.

Is it any good and also we like good food? Where would you recommend?

Any other tips on Icmeler would also be appreciated.

Thanks.
Jimmy

You have asked that fatal question "Where do you recommend to eat".
Well, everyone has their favourites and you will be getting told so many places you will be dizzy.
My favourite is The Dream 3 Bells. My advice however is to try as many as you can.

Hi Jimmy

There are so many good places to try, the Titanic is excellent for food. The Greenworld Apartments are great , very friendly people and the food is also very good. The apartments are spotless and the pool area is massive with no problem getting a sunbed.
Have a great time

This is my first time as well Jimmy, but just tonight I have been recommended the Venice for fillet steak and pepper sauce. If that's up your street, it might be worth trying ;)

Personally, im licking my lips at the thought of it :P

Oh you are lucky - Greenworld apartments are lush. The pool is excellent and large, rooms are great - separate bedroom and lounge area with good sized balconies. Spotless, efficient and friendly. Good place for a bit of romance too - under the stars, at the foot of the mountain and all that!

You may have seen some discussios about old village - Greenworld's in old village so it is a good half hour walk or a dolmus ride to the centre (or the little train if it's still going). Dolmus stops right outside the apartments.

There are too many places to mention in the centre, you might want to stop off for a drink or two if you walk, some nice bars, restaurants on the way. Quite a lot of places will give you a life or free taxi back to the apartments at night - well worth asking.

I'm sure you'll have an excellent time.
