Colette if that salt seeps into the fish and is bad for you, then what about all the salt its swimming in when alive

You dont eat the salt in the sea and thats salt water not salt you put on your food, geeshh honestly/.... men * rolls eyes* :lol:

I ask because I can't have salt, it brings on my menieres attacks and sends my BP sky high, but the consultant didn't say * don't drink the sea water* :lol: :lol:

Hi Collette,
I think the salt sorts of just seals in the moisture and the flavour while it cooks because there is no taste whatsoever of salt while you eat it and it forms like a hard case which they break off when they bring it to the table

Ahh thanks Sue, I did wonder if it tastes of salt, cos it seems such a popular dish. Gotcha now thanks :D

I have had it a few times too and never tastes salt either.

I have never paid the amount the first poster paid though, the most I paid was about £12.
