Hi - can i just check are these the apartments that were once Adler? Only because my family have booked them through another company and they haven't been informed of the name change its only because i have friends in Icmeler that i know

VERY GOOD QUESTION:

ANSWER: Yes and NO, Adler still exists and if you booked for Adler, you will be staying at Adler and NOT Majestic. Adler is the apartment complex (annex) behind the Majestic Apartments.

Adler used to be a 1 single complex with two buildings until this year. The front building is now under new management, completely renovated/refurbished and is on the market as Majestic apartments with all rooms looking over the swimming pool.

Note: Customers who booked the Adler through ICR are welcome to switch to Majestic Apartements if they choose to.

Hi Guys,

So the front block of the "old Adler" is now the Majestic aparts and the building to the rear is still the Adler. We have booked in to the Adler through another site so i take it this means we will be in the building to the rear .

Can any one tell me if both buildings still use the same facilities e.g. swimming pool, bar, pool tables and shop or is this just for the majestic customers.

I wish i had looked on the forums before hand as i would have booked for the Majestic on ICR as now i know i am staying in the "Adler" it has put a dampner on the holiday already as there are only a couple of decent rooms in that block.

If you walk around the corner to the Majestic then they will let you use their facilities as long as you buy drinks while you are there.

People are staying at the Majestic now and were booked into Adler but they told me that the only new and clean stuff about Adler this year is the new gate they have put on so they have moved out and paid to stay at Majestic

So i take it there is some kind of physicall barrier seperating the two blocks.

just got back today ,i took a couple of pics of the new adler yet to upload but the adler is at the back of the building with its own new swimming pool and pool bar it did look nice but still quiet but everywhere did even the sun restaurant was closed over the bridge .

you sure this wasn't the Majestic?? - according to admin there's nothing 'new' about the Adler this year unfortunately

the majestic has taken over the front half of the building and the bar and swimming pool ,the adler has moved around the back with a new swimming pool and new bar .ive got the pics ill add later .

eddie yer right bud. I have seen a photo of the new pool and bar that the Adler has this year on hotels4u. It shows the rear of the building facing the hill and what use to be a big grassy area. It is now a new pool and bar area. Dont think it will be a patch on the Majestic Apts as those guys know what they are doing and if it has all been done up it will be cracking.

If i aint happy with the adler will be enquiring about moving to the majestic.

Am really glad we have booked 2 rooms at the majestic for August after being let down at the club sun village these were reccommended by ICR cant wait looks like loads of you will be joining us

Is the following statement meant to be beneath the pricing on your Majestic Apartment section?

'Prices are PER PERSON based on Double Occupancy. Add 50 % supplement for single occupancy and 70% supplement for 3rd person in a double or triple room occupancy.0-6 is f -7-12 is 50% discounted.'

Hope its not put anybody off. Also, have you added a video yet.

no, they're not near the restaurant. they are in the old village in front of the Adler apartments. If you have a look at the map http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8& ... 8e86a260a2 the Adler apartments are marked so that should give you a better idea.
