Hi, just to update you on the Munamar. Has now changed hands and is just called the Munamar. Have stayed their since it became All Inclusive and over the years it has improved gradually. However this year it has changed a lot. The quantity of the food on offer has changed in that they have gone for quality rather than quantity, still help yourself but it's far better. The staff don't bother you anymore and they all appear genuinely more happy working their. The pool has changed in that they don't employ youngsters to run the music - blasting out all day, now they have their own full time staff and the emphasis has gone on background music, so you can read, swim or generally just lay about withough getting deafened, also the standard games and activities are very low key. The interior or the rooms is the same except a big plus, you have your own a/c unit in the room, controlled by yourself. Bar area has also changed and has gone for soft background music during the day and entertainment at night. Beach is very much as it was with sunbeds for everyone if you want one. All in all it has changed a lot and the changes have made it a far better hotel. Am in the process of booking for may 09 now. One thing I would say is that although children are welcome at the
hotel it has virtually nothing for them, except staff to try and keep them occupied. Have stayed at the
Marmaris Palace (several times) and the Grand Azur and the Munamar is far better than both of these. If you want any pics or info on the hotel ask and I will put them online for you all to see
