I know a bit odd but the butter you get in Turkey is it the non salted type? or can you get like clover?

Butter ıs non-salted. You can buy margarıne (I assume thats what you mean by lıke Clover?)

Its not nice though. I take a tub of whatever I use at home.

You can buy imported butter but its not cheap.
